Starbucks Anonymous

There are several alternatives to help curb your cravings out there.  For example, QuikTrip (QT) gas station also have a Frozen Cappuccino machine.  It's only a couple of bucks so it is almost just half the price of a Starbucks Frappucino.  I really really tried to get hooked on this instead but it just was not quite there yet.  Let me see if I can describe how it tastes.  Imagine a very light coffee in the Slurpee machine with double the cream and some sugar.  It is blended to a very smooth consistency and goes down very well.  Maybe it is just too creamy and not as rich in coffee flavor as the Starbucks version but this might help others out there that may want to slowly stop their Starbucks addiction.  I view the Frozen Cappuccino from QT as a nicotine patch for cigarettes.  It didn't work for me but it might for you.  Good luck...

One of the greatest drinks around.  This will give a whole different feel than the baseline Coffee Frappucino.  It's over the top mixture of sweetness with the right detail of bitterness from the expresso.  This will kick you onto the wall and you wouldn't want to get down.  The half-ice makes sure the intense flavor is unforgiving and will smash your head in like a gold brick wrapped in caramel.  You haven't experienced the Venti White Mocha Frappacino Half-Ice Shot of Espresso Shot of Caramel until you had the Venti White Mocha Frappacino Half-Ice Shot of Espresso Shot of Caramel.  Now set the cup down and slowly walk away. Don't turn back because you will never win...

The Coffee Frappucino have got to be one of the best drink at Starbucks.  I can't fathom how I can beat this addiction of this great drink.  It has all the characteristics that make it stand out amongst the best.  Sipping it sends me to a state of euphoria.  The right amount of creaminess meshes perfectly with the blended ice crystals that gives it the right about of texture.  The amount of caffeine and sugar gives you the necessary boost while the refreshing coolness bolster your spirit and keep the summer at bay.  A friend told me the beans for the Coffee Frappucino was hand picked by smooth linen clothed angels riding golden tricycles on the very top of a beautiful plateau while singing the ballad of the heavens and I believe him...  How can I say no to this incredible mixture from the hands of angels?  I haven't figure that one out yet...
